Nine Swiss sources. One dependable property feed.
A production real-estate pipeline processes more than 180K listings daily across nine Swiss sources, bringing different platforms into one normalized data workflow.

A consistent real-estate feed for the client’s downstream workflow.
The product needs a dataset, not nine separate collectors.
Swiss property information is spread across platforms with different access requirements, data structures and update patterns. Collecting the records is only useful if the resulting feed stays consistent as those platforms change.
The engagement brings those sources into one operating data pipeline, absorbing the differences before the data reaches the client’s workflow. The 180K+ figure describes listings processed across the nine sources each day; it is not a count of newly listed or unique properties.
Source-specific access. Shared data standards.
Acquire
Each source has its own access strategy. DataDome, Akamai, Cloudflare and CAPTCHA are engineering constraints handled within the acquisition layer.
Normalize
Listings from heterogeneous platforms are transformed into a consistent structure, with deduplication and validation before delivery.
Operate
Recurring collection and monitoring make source failures visible and support the work required when a portal or its schema changes.
The boundary matters: solving access for a protected portal yields source records. The client needs a consistent property feed across all nine sources. Normalization and deduplication sit between those two outcomes, and recurring operation keeps the feed useful after the first successful run.
One healthy source cannot hide eight others.
Each platform can change independently. A failure in one source should be visible as a source problem, rather than silently becoming an apparent change in the property market. Monitoring the source mix, validating the collected records and maintaining the delivery schedule are continuing responsibilities.
That is the business distinction between nine successful extraction demonstrations and one dependable dataset: the downstream team can use a stable structure and see when part of the input needs attention.
Reliability is the result.
The important output is a continuously operating, normalized real-estate feed. The client can work with the property data while ScrapingDome handles the source-specific complexity underneath it.
Additional sources, historical depth and enrichment can build on that foundation as the client’s requirements expand.
